Nets

Net’s are gatherings of amateur radio operators “on the air”.  Nets are used for emergency operation practice, training, and general conversation.  No matter what mode you prefer to operate in, there’s a net for you!

HF:
Northern Florida Phone Net (NFPN), Nightly at 6:30 p.m. on 3.950 MHz LSB.
Florida Phone Traffic Net (FPTN), Daily at 5:55 a.m. on 3.940 MHz LSB.
North Florida Digital Net, Sunday at 7:00 p.m. on 3.590 MHz USB, PSK31.

VHF/UHF:
Crestview Gulf Coast VHF Training Net (GCVTN),
 Nightly at 8:00 p.m. on 147.360 MHz(+) 100 Hz.
Okaloosa County ARES Net, Monday at 7:30 p.m. using the linked WIRES-X system in FM (not digital).  Frequencies are 442.950 MHz (DCS023) in Crestview for the north end of the county and 444.800 MHz (100Hz) on Eglin AFB for the south end of the county.
Statewide Amateur Radio Network (SARNet), Friday Mornings at 9:00 a.m. on 444.900+ 100Hz.
Walton County Amateur Radio Club Net (WCARC) Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 7:30 p.m. on 147.285 MHz(+) 100 Hz.
Walton County ARES Net Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. on 147.375 (+) 100.0 Hz.

DSTAR
Northern Florida D-Star Net Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.  Reflector REF046C, D-Rats on nfl.ratflector.net.
